A Message from Our Founder

Greetings,

My name is Nicki, and I am the founder of Premier Cars Limited.
The PCL journey began In December 2007, when I qualified as a taxi driver just a few days before Christmas. To say I was thrown in at the deep end is an understatement! I had no prior training from my employer, and only a few words of guidance from another driver, before embarking on what would become a driving force behind the formation of my company, Premier Cars Limited in 2013.

PCL has grown steadily over a number of years, in the number of cars, employees and clients. I have always been a DIY kind of person, as well as an individual who can easily identify issues as well as finding a solution. Being hands on, with a passion for customer service, I have single handedly built a reliable, and reputable company.

We can accommodate most types of vehicle requests. A wheelchair accessible taxi, 1 - 7 passenger capacity, multiple cars availability and an executive/VIP service. We work closely with affiliate drivers and small companies, who offer us additional availability and additional services, such as mini bus & coach services.

We pride ourselves on a timely and professional service, with quality, well maintained vehicles. Our drivers are provided with a tailor made induction and training scheme before they are sat behind the wheel. The induction programme includes a Driver Handbook, filled with all the information the drivers might need to refer back to, all of which has been designed and produced by yours truly.

We have a substantial portfolio of longstanding, regular clients, along with a satisfying number of corporate clients. I have always taken the view that loyalty and reliability are critical components to the success within the passenger transport industry. I also believe having a balanced client base is just as crucial, ensuring a steady stream of incoming work.

Throughout the year, our industry travels through the peaks and troughs of each sector, Tourism, Corporate and locals. At Premier Cars, we understand the patterns of each sector, and we look to maximise our service and availability to accommodate as much as we can.

When it comes to the hospitality industry, I have witnessed the difficulties with peak times and short notice bookings for years. I have in the past worked with a small number of hotels, to being the first port of call, and offering a service of loyalty and assistance. By meeting with you, and sharing the ideas and propositions I have for working with the hotel industry, I think we can bring awareness to clients and concierge, in regard to forward planning and pre-booking. I have created a Hospitality pack, designed for guest room information folders and front of house, with the view that guests have information at their fingertips, and the emphasis that pre-booking is highly recommended.

I am very much looking forward to meeting with you, as I am excited by the prospect of how wecan find a way of working together going forward.
